What is a normal portion for a dog, cat, horse or person?One sachet is the typical portion every 3 days whatever the size or weight of the taker. Unlike most medicines the dose/kg is not important and once activated the immune system can activate itself. For health maintenance and extra energy, one sachet per week may be enough. In some cases more sachets may be needed and we are happy to answer questions and advise users.

How can it be taken?It can be used on food, in hot drink, direct from a spoon or finger or eaten from the sachet.

Where does this honey come from?This honey comes from Africa, where bees pollinate native plants (such as Myrtus communis) and actually use the iminosugars to boost their own immunity.

Why is the IminoHoney packed in a sachet and not sold in a jar?The 7ml sachet gives an adequate portion even if some is left in the sachet.

Is the product heat stable?Yes, the iminosugar in IminoHoney does not change however the product is stored.

Why has the contents crystallised?The honey is naturally low in water (less than 15%) which stops microorganisms from growing but any low sugar honey can form crystals; the active compound is not altered and if desired the sachets can be slightly warmed (we suggest hand warm water below 40 C) to dissolve the crystals.
